All candidates must be able to provide two positive references from previous supervisors.  MEDDirect requires that all candidates provide contact information from two supervisors.  We have a 10 point checklist of scaled job performance rankings on a variety of skills,  from multi-tasking, to communication skills, dress code adherence and problem solving abilities.  Finally all candidates must be eligible for re-hire unless it is standard policy to never rehire.
