Have you ever found a candidate that looks wonderful on paper, only to interview and wonder if this is the same person?   We at MEDDirect always do an initial face to face interview prior to sending out a resume for your review.  For out of state or long distance candidates, a webcam interview is done.  We evaluate grammar, presentation, attitude and overall attentive levels.  Does the candidate appear sincere? nervous? confident? Do they convey an appropriate presentation for the position? We do everything possible to prevent a waste of your valuable time in screening candidates.
